Configuring samsung ML 1640 in Fedora 13

Problem occured when i upgraded my machine to fedora 13..My samsung ML 1640 dinthad a driver in Linus.

found it used some properietory language like QPDL..found a third party support splix-2.0.0

but i preferred to google and found Samsunghas a Unified printer configurator which comes with a set of drivers downloadabe from its site..Founddiddicult to find it in first search

Once download install it ./install.sh

Since thr is SE linux policy enabled we wont be able to get printer working in first try.It wouldgive a rasertosamsungspl failed exception

Some search gave some discussion where someone has changed the permission of the file rasertosamsungspl. But i preferred to disable the SELinus policy for printer domain.Risky..but that way i will have the

Samsung Unified configurator running successfuly in mys system..So thats it took the test page..Try using the sups UI interface from the Sayatem administration meni->orinting..I find thats the best interface for configuraing any printer..better tha the application the printer's ship to configure them...
